Return and Refund Policy

At DeezStudio, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below:

General Return Guidelines

  • Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Damaged, used, or altered items will not be accepted.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. Any returns received after this period may be accepted at our discretion.
  • Return Authorization: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact our support team at support@deezstudio.com to obtain an RMA before returning any item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale: Sale items and custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Color Variations: We do not accept returns for slight color differences due to variations in dye lots, fabric types, or screen settings.

Return Process

  1. Request an RMA: Email us at support@deezstudio.com within 10 days of receiving your order to request an RMA.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags.
  3. Ship Your Return: Use a trackable shipping service such as UPS or FedEx. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We are not liable for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Refund Policy

  • Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued for the sale price of the product only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after we receive and inspect your return.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. A 15% cancellation fee will apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Send a photo of the damaged item and the packaging to support@deezstudio.com. We will promptly issue a replacement or partial refund.

Warranty and Liability

  • Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer.
  • For warranty claims, please contact us for assistance with purchasing replacement parts if needed.

Refused Shipments

  • Refused shipments will incur a 25% penalty and store credit will be issued.

Important Notes

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for any returns valued over $75.
  • Returns without an RMA or received beyond the specified period may incur additional fees or be declined.
